These Terms of Service explain the basic rules for using One Minute Web, including the website at oneminuteweb.com and mobile apps published by One Minute Web. By using the website or apps, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.
What One Minute Web provides
One Minute Web provides browser-based tools, mobile apps, and content, including a focus timer, vocabulary tools, typing tests, short brain games, memory games, reaction tests, casual mobile games, and productivity articles. The tools and apps are intended for personal productivity, education, entertainment, and self-tracking.
Accounts and local data
One Minute Web does not require an account. Website focus history, streaks, settings, and game scores are stored in your own browser using localStorage. Supported mobile app scores and settings are stored on your device. Clearing browser data, changing browsers, using private browsing, uninstalling an app, or resetting app data may remove that local data.
Acceptable use
Please use the website and apps lawfully and respectfully. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, overload its infrastructure, bypass security controls, interfere with ads or app distribution systems, copy large portions of the content for republication, or use automated access in a way that harms the service for other people.
Content and intellectual property
The One Minute Web name, app names, design, writing, interface copy, original website content, and original app content belong to One Minute Web or are used with permission. You may link to the website and use the tools and apps for personal purposes. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or republish substantial parts of the website or apps without permission, except where applicable law gives you that right.

The website and apps are not medical, psychological, legal, financial, or professional advice. The focus timer, games, tests, mobile apps, and articles are general-purpose tools and educational or entertainment content. Read the Disclaimer for more detail.
